Transactional management versus transformational leadership is a topic that I speak about often. I shared this yesterday with the attendees at Stephen Larsen's event. Each time I share this information, I have new awareness is an understanding of just how critical these concepts are. When I was speaking yesterday, I became acutely aware of just how fast and how damaging transactional management is. There's this recurring story I hear from entrepreneurs about the people they've hired… It goes something like this: "I hired this person and they were amazing for the first few months and then things started going bad.
