ONE SMALL STEP

Make a list of what is making you mad, sad and glad today. Maybe you're mad at God, or sad about a life circumstance or glad about a relational breakthrough. Practice this small way to pray to bring your whole self to God. Consider praying as a family or in community so that you're also bringing your real self to others. Don't forget to pick up a copy of John's book, The Possibility of Prayer.
