We tend to get lulled into thinking that we have control over life as it is and resist change, totally forgetting that life IS change. We grow, we experience, we learn (hopefully). Love comes and goes, friends come and go, jobs come and go. Sometimes we are hit with life altering experiences and then what? How you handle those experiences is what counts. Not what you experience. People have lived through and not just survived, but have come out on the other side of the challenges bigger, better, and stronger.
