Ty Dennis is an Atlanta Police detective whose roots run deep in the black community. He became a police officer to make a difference and understands the difficulties that some black americans have with police departments. He wants to help make the relationship better and wants us all to know that not all policemen and woman are the same. Ty is in and of the community and is partially responsible for pushing positivity into the relationship between the black community and the police. He is the creator of the Clippers and Cops program bringing police into black community barbershops to teach, inform, and listen to the black community.
