On a recent trip to Western Australia, Bruce had the pleasure of catching up with Dennis Thorburn to discuss his career in the heavy haulage industry. Well known throughout the industry as Darkie, Dennis made a name for himself doing what they do best in the west, hauling some mammoth loads with some impressive equipment through some of our toughest country. He even featured in Truckin' Life back in the day as they recorded one of his epic trips inland. We're extremely grateful to Darkie for sharing his story.
