Today Neil and I discuss why civility, kindness and respect are SO KEY to making progress and surviving all the challenges we face in this world. We talk about why it’s vital that we pay attention to what we’re saying in front of our kids, and the tone we’re using to express our opinions, putting ourselves in the shoes of others before criticizing, and just offering more grace and kindness to others as we navigate our families through uncharted waters.
