Make sure to have your notebooks and pens handy because Boris shares practical tips, diet ideas, and specific foods to help with your diet. He will also be clearing up a few misnomers that you might have believed and practiced for a long time. For example, eggs! How many eggs should a person have in a week and is the yolk unhealthy?  

Aside from eggs, Boris will also share a few foods that have the possibility to increase testosterone (we know you want to know this as we are asked often!). He will further share a very simple yet helpful rationale of juicing vs eating the fruit as a whole.  

Lastly, our guest will explain the importance of building muscle mass especially as people age, the right quantity of proteins in the diet, and the ideal number of minutes of exercise per week.
