The spiritual journey does not have to be a struggle and you don't have to suffer, contrary to the popular narrative that is taught in the personal development and spiritual communities. You can choose to be in a state of grace and compassion for yourself during the healing process and still experience and stay in joy.

What you give your attention to you will perpetuate and create more of. If you believe the path to higher consciousness and a higher frequency is hard, painful, difficult and you have to struggle your way there, that's exactly what you will experience.
