But many overseas Chinese depend on WeChat to communicate with family and friends in China. And Corporate America, including Apple, do big business on WeChat. So it's causing controversy. Joining us to debate the WeChat ban is Zhou Fengsuo, one of the student leaders during the Tiananmen Square protests and the founder of Humanitarian China which Promotes rule-of-law, human rights, and freedom of expression. Also joining us is Dr. Yang Jianli, who was also involved in the Tiananmen Square protests. He runs Citizen Power Initiatives for China, which brings together Chinese rights activists to bring a peaceful transition to a Democratic China.
