Chris White helps people who are addicted to, or struggle with their use of, porn and sex.

After years spent working on his own recovery, in 2021 he began coaching groups and individuals who are looking for a life free from porn or out of control sexual behaviours, and full of confidence, joy, and satisfaction.

He has studied and practiced a wide range of approaches to moving out of addiction and into health and recovery, and combines that knowledge and experience with genuine compassion, patient listening and witnessing, and intuitive questioning, to help others find their way back to health, wholeness, and integrity.

He believes, as Johann Hari says, that "the opposite of addiction is connection" and that connection, to ourselves and others, both underpins, and evolves through, the journey of recovery.
