Dave Van Horn is the co-founder and executive chairman of PPR Capital Management, a private equity real estate firm that primarily invests in distressed assets and mortgages, as well as residential and commercial real estate throughout the United States.

Dave’s expertise is derived from over 35 years of real estate investing experience as a licensed realtor, contractor, and fundraiser. As the latter, Dave has raised over $300 million dollars in private equity for both notes and commercial real estate.

In addition to his own investments and role at the company, Dave’s biggest passion is teaching others how to build and preserve wealth. Dave is a national speaker and author with work featured in publications such as BiggerPockets and Forbes.
