Brian Dennehy’s extensive experience as an investment professional stretches back to 1987 - a birth of fire! His long-term commitment to uncovering outstanding investment solutions is evidenced by his media coverage week after week for more than 20 years - in The Times, Telegraph, Financial Times, What Investment and Mail on Sunday among others. Plus TV and radio appearances including BBC and Sky.

With more than thirty years’ experience in the investment and financial services industry, he is passionate about achieving the best possible outcomes for clients through ground-breaking research.

He was a co-founder of independent financial advisers and chartered financial planners Dennehy Weller & Co, and more recently founded the online fund research and dealing hub FundExpert. He has been the main contributor to the acclaimed TopFunds Guide since its launch in 2002, has been writing editorial for Smaller Company ShareWatch since its inception, and used to regularly write on traded options.

Brian’s idea of fun is taking part in challenges such as the grueling Marathon de Sables, ice-climbing in the Scottish mountains, with the odd triathlon thrown in for good measure! However, encouraged by his physiotherapist, he thought it was time to write a book and give something back to both the clients and the industry who have treated him well.

Brian is a law graduate, Fellow of the Personal Finance Society, and a Chartered Financial Planner.
