Fernando Angelucci gives us an interview the likes of which we definitely weren't expecting.  In Part 1, Fernando details his journey from working in his W2 to investing in residential real estate and the lessons learned along the way. He shares stories and nuggets about his motivation to leave his W2, his beginnings in Real Estate buying a dilapidated 5 unit multifamily in the middle of nowhere Iowa, to a conversation he had with some high net worth investors that led to him investing in larger multifamily which after a horrible experience and some self evaluation, eventually led to him exploring other commercial investing options.
