No work, no podcasts, no music, no stimulation of any kind.This isn’t a discussion about dopamine fasting, meditation or anything fancy. It’s just me talking to you about why, most days, I purposefully have periods of doing nothing.
The practice of doing nothing has drastically changed my life, improved my ability to think and my ability to make the right decisions.This has worked for me - it might not work for you!
