Ehud is a managing partner at Perch Wealth, an investment and advisory firm that specializes in alternative investments, 1031 exchanges and Delaware statutory trusts. While he no longer practices law, Ehud is still a licensed California attorney. He is also a licensed California real estate broker. For more than a decade, Ehud owned and operated a highly successful law firm in San Diego, focusing on real estate and consumer rights. Ehudholds a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science as well as a law degree from University of Auckland in new Zealand. He additionally holds a series 3, 7, 66, and 63 registrations.
