From flipping houses to acquiring rental properties, they revamped their entire portfolio in 2020 to focus on newer homes for rentals and flips.

Megan's sobriety journey of 6 and a half years led them to dedicate some of their rentals to sober living homes, a decision they take pride in. Throughout this episode, Megan shares invaluable insights and golden nuggets, showcasing her knowledge and experience in the real estate industry.
