Carissa used to second guess herself and her abilities because of what other may have told her especially in the workplace.

Carissa stopped second guessing herself and decided to take ownership of her life by becoming an entrepreneur.  Her mission to have to more women of color be seen in spaces that are underrepresented also gave her the confidence to start her entrepreneurial journey.
