Any was shy and didn't speak up.  She also worried about what others thought of her.

Amy shared her story of she immigrated to Canada on her at the age of 17 by herself during a work facilitation and she a great response from it.  This helped her share her story and build her confidence.

Amy feels more relieved and continues to share her  story to inspire others.
