Kealan shares his story of how he got into real estate so young, after playing football in college and breaking his leg. He explains that he was initially interested in becoming an orthopedic surgeon but became intrigued by real estate after seeing someone on Instagram who started as a real estate agent and worked his way up to commercial development. Kealan discusses how being young hasn't been an issue for him in the industry as long as he can demonstrate his knowledge and expertise to clients. He primarily focuses on calling expired listings and circle prospecting to generate leads. Kealan shares that he dedicates three to four hours a day to prospecting and sets around five appointments per week. He emphasizes the importance of consistency and taking action in order to see results in real estate.
