A neighbor of Michelle Martens called police to report that Michelle and her new-boyfriend Fabian Gonzales had been brutally attacked by a woman named Jessica Kelley. 

However, when officials arrived at the Arroyo Villas Apartment Complex, they discovered the body of 10-year-old Victoria Martens.
