Clint Blackburn hails from a small town called Taber in Iowa which is about 15 minutes from Malvern Iowa where Owen grew up. With a population just shy of 1000, Clint is known by most of the town as The Real Estate Investor that buys ugly homes and makes them nice and habitable again. In this episode, Clint shares his background story from straight out of high school going into being an electrician to eventually doing real estate full time and all the steps he went through in between. He also tells an interesting story of how he acquired his 70 acre farm home where he currently lives. Clint is such a charismatic guy, and will surely have you enjoying his laid back approach to storytelling.
