#92 Part 2: Spencer Goldenberg | Exploring Partnerships Through Flipping, The Creation of LITE And Transforming Grain Silos Into Multifamily Apartments

In Episode 92 Part 2, Spencer reveals some of the major results he was able to create after going through that transformational journey he detailed in Part 1. He shares how he picked his partners using the "trial by fire" method, in other words, he would bring prospects in to do a flip with him and based on how they performed, would know if he was willing to continue working with them or not. It's not a method for everyone as it takes proper planning to avoid losing more than expected, so be aware of this. Spencer also spoke about his commercial real estate investing company, how he came up with the name LITE and what's the why behind it. He then closes off talking about a rather peculiar project that involves transforming over 30 grain silos on a 5 acre lot of land in a nice area just outside the heart of the Omaha metro.
