Richie is from Dublin, Ireland and was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at the age of 21.

Richie takes us through the tough time he had while recently testing positive for Covid-19, and also shares his experience with two potentially life threatening hypo events (low blood sugar).

Almost a year to the day, Richie completed the first of his two insane physical challenges, walking 100km in 24 hours (62.13 miles), and only recently completed 3 marathons in 24 hours (row, bike, run), totaling 126.6km (78.66 miles).

Richie talks us through the entire physical and mental journey while doing these challenges, and outlines the incredible personal transformation which followed. You’re going to leave this one feeling very inspired!
