These symptoms persisted from August 2020 through early 2023, making daily life a constant struggle. In this video, Chris walks us through his initial symptoms, experiences with doctors, and his ultimate diagnosis. He details his relentless pursuit of a solution, trying numerous therapies and exercises. Chris also highlights the turning points in his journey such as meeting our coach Pippa Braund MSc, and working with Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), which helped him unlock emotional and psychological aspects of his condition.
