Today's 94 WIP Midday Show was based around Nick Sirianni's part in the failure of a season for the 2025 Eagles and what exactly he has to do with the now failing offensive coordinator search. Joe Giglio theorizes that many candidates and coaches around the league do not respect Sirianni as much as other head coaches. Eliot Shorr-Parks joined the show and said that he thinks Packers QB Coach Sean Mannion is the favorite to land the Eagles job. The team is also interviewing Davis Webb and Tanner Engstrand. Joe Giglio is afraid that the offensive coordinator candidates do not want to come here because they don't respect Sirianni as much as the other head coaches that they could choose to play for. It does not seem like the new OC will have full autonomy over the offense and people around the league are saying that Kellen Moore was not allowed to run his own offense with the Eagles during the 2024 season.

In hour 2, the 94 WIP Midday Show discuss the current vacancy that the Eagles have at offensive coordinator. The team has requested to interview Sean Mannion for a second time for the role. Bill Belichick was not voted into the Pro Football Hall Of Fame last night and Joe Giglio thinks it's a joke. He also says that potential candidates for OC may be tired of Nick Sirianni's act and point to the fact he may be fired soon. Hugh Douglas says that Jalen Hurts did not play well enough for the Eagles to succeed this season.

In hour 3, Eliot Shorr-Parks joined the 94 WIP Midday Show to give his say on the current Eagles offensive coordinator search. He says that Sean Mannion is probably the favorite to land the job although he feels Mannion will not be the best fit. Shorr-Parks says that whoever takes this role will either be a risk-taker or a coach who is desperate. He also says that the Eagles fired Kevin Patullo because something had to change and someone had to go. The Eagles are interviewing Broncos QB Coach Davis Webb and former Jets offensive coordinator Tanner Engstrand for the job.

In hour 4, the 94 WIP Midday Show made fun of WIP host Joe DeCamara for already forgetting who is playing in this year's Super Bowl. They also discussed the role that Jalen Hurts played this past season and so far this offseason. Hugh Douglas is adamant that Hurts needs to be seriously looked at as a reason for the offensive struggles the team had this year. They also debate which storyline is the best going into what many people are calling a very boring Super Bowl. Hugh Douglas says that the Eagles winning 11 games in 2025 makes this offensive coordinator situation not a hard fix. He also continues to stress that Jalen Hurts needs to take some accountability for the Eagles failures this past season.
