Today’s episode is really about laying the foundation for our next series. I want to convince you today that one of the best things you can offer yourself is a strong sense of curiosity. I’m going to make that argument with the five following points. 1. The most important relationship you have in your life is the one you have to yourself. 2. Relationships die when curiosity ceases to exist. 3. Curiosity breeds compassion. 4. Confidence does not come from conditional love and we can’t have unconditional love without curiosity. 5. We can move through things more swiftly and with more ease when we approach ourselves with interest.
