In this very precious episode, I sit down with my first ever supervisor, David, to explore the profound impact he's had on my journey as an occupational therapist. We also reflect on the differences in supervision practices between England and Australia, the importance of mentorship and support for new graduates, and the need for collaboration in healthcare.
