"I'm working hard on growing my online presence and things are clicking. But that also means that I'm on social media more than I was before. How do you deal with the comparison that can creep in when you're on social more?"
I offered her some brain science AND a #gamechanger strategy that made a big difference for me and it seemed to help. So... I wanted to share it with you.
