I love the solstices - the coming back fo the light in the northern hemisphere and the return of the dark in the southern. Let's celebrate together this special time and take a few moments out of our busy Christmassy lives and end-of-year tasks to enjoy a guided relaxation.

I'll lead you through a fir forest to a white fire where we can burn the yule log and allow the layers of old beliefs, habits, memories, values and thoughts to simply disappear.
