This week was an extremely difficult, yet important episode for me to share with my beautiful Empowered community. Today, I pay tribute to my precious pup, Peach. I share our journey together and why losing her was one of the hardest things I have ever had to walk through. Grief in all forms can make you feel so many different emotions all at once and I wanted to remind you all just how important it is to just be kind to yourself when going through this process.
