Flexibility - Are you able to be flexible with incorporating this into your schedule, work-life, personal life, etc.?
Realistic - Does it make sense for you to fit this into your current life?
Enjoyable - Do you enjoy the process of working on yourself and the lifestyle you're living?
Doable - Do you see yourself as the type of person actually committing to this lifestyle?
Sustainable - Is this something that you're doing just for a season or for the rest of your life?
