On todays episode I have Leah Simmons, the founder of KAAIAA. Leah is a cerified pilates instructor, personal trainer and kundalini yoga teacher who radiates and shines good health. What makes Leah different to a lot of others in the wellness space is her desire to go beyond just the physcial self, she sees “fit” as the combination of mental, physcial, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. I have been fortunate enough to move and breathe with this powerhouse, and it truely is a life changing experience. I feel so grateful to have her on the mic today, so with that welcome to the pod!
Leah and I actually saw each other recently, we were both mentoring the IMG development models. It is so good to see agencies taking the initiative to teach their young talent mindfulness and breath-work!
