Take these few minutes to go within, to help find your most authentic self. These meditations have been designed for you to come back and revisit as much as you need. Meditation has been one of the most life changing practices in my life. It's not only improved my state of mind and made me a more positive person, it's improved my health as a whole.
I have recently taken on a new role in my career which has been so rewarding. I haven’t had this feeling before of doing a job and loving it so much that it actually doesn’t feel like work. I have had the honour of teaching gratitude workshops. If you would of said to me 6 years ago that this would be my life, I would of never ever believed it.
Gratitude really did save me from my darkest of days. This is why it has become my greatest passion. I have come to realise that by sharing our stories to others we can inspire and help others, and this is why I love sharing as much as I can with you all.
If you wan’t to find your purpose, be a more positive person and attract all that you deserve, then prioritise gratitude and I guarantee things will start shifting for you.
So this episode is going to dive into 5 ways to find gratitude. Enjoy!

Today is all about our skin! My skin is always it’s best when I am in a stress free period of life combined with using high quality products. Moving towards more natural products when I can has been a priority for me as well! Today’s guest has created a product that not only brightens our complexion and leaves us glowing, but calms our mind as well.
Jess Jackson, the founder of sustainable skincare brand Good Living Only is joining me on the mic today. In short, Good Living Only is brand producing sheet masks made from natural coconut fibres, all natural ingredients and are 100% biodegradable too! My favourite part about the masks is that they have a QR code for you to scan to listen to a meditation. You guys know I love habit stacking, and this is such a great way to really nourish your skin and mind.
We also chat deeply on her journey going sober. This was such a raw and honest conversation that I know we will all take so much from.
This week's self love thursday is all about gratitude. We have the choice to focus on the good in our life, to see the world brighter and more colourful. This is a short meditation you can come back to again and again. Thank you Mia for sharing this amazing session with the selfdom community.
Today’s episode is all about beauty from within! I am seeing a real shift in women from once beauty representing only makeup, to now seeing it as what we feed ourselves. On today’s episode I have Felicity Evans, the founder of Imbibe. Imbibe is a wellness brand committed to creating products with the best formulations and ingredients to improve our health. Imbibe calls their approach “where science meets beauty”. I learnt so much from Felicity!
Our first self-love Thursday episode is here with the amazing Mia Labo from Innermost. These episodes have been designed with the intention for you to revisit again and again.
This week is focused on self-love, and finding confidence within yourself. I recommend finding a quiet spot in nature, and just breathing slowly throughout the meditation. I can't wait to hear what you think.
Today's episode is all about hormones, and more specifically the power of seed cycling! This is definitely getting some air time on socials at the moment so I am so excited for today’s guest. Sitting next to me is Mel Kovacevic, the founder of The Seed Cycle. I have recently gotten my period back and have been incorporating her seed mixes to my diet and I am loving it! I have noticed a glow in my skin since incorporating her seeds and my digestion feels the best it has in a long time. Mel is also a functional nutrition consultant and a Certified Clinical EFT Practitioner. Mel is a mum to two healthy babies, and her own health journey inspired her to create The Seed Cycle.
I was blown away by the amount of questions that were sent in for this weeks solo episode! I adore this community so much.
I chat about getting my period back, finding motivation when you are feeling out of routine, my healthy hair hacks and more. I really love recording these solo episodes, so let me know if you want more of these.
Today’s episode is all about natural beauty and why we need to be looking out for what's really in the products we lather on our skin. I couldn’t think of anyone better to discuss with than Mukti. Mukti is the founder of Mukti Organics. Mukti wrote a best selling book Truth in Beauty, which she recently revamped and I have been glued to reading. Not only is it insightful with tips and tricks on how to navigate the beauty industry, it’s written in a way that even us non-science girlies can understand and implement!
Mukti herself is a Skin therapist and truely is at the forefront of the organic beauty movement. Her brand Mukti was founded in 2000 after she identified a gap in the market for organic products that are both results driven and backed by science. I am so excited to dive deep into this topic!
