Today’s episode is one I have wanted to record for a long time coming. I have been sharing my own health journey for many years, highlighting the lows that have come with going off the pill, the highs I have felt since reintroducing meat back into my diet and more. This journey isn’t one I have been on alone, and one person who has helped so much is my naturopath. Victoria from Sana Wellness has played such a key role in understanding my own health, getting more in tune with my cycle and has helped me out of feeling lost with a missing cycle to actually feeling empowered to know I am in control of my own health. 

Victoria’s mission is to empower women to stop ignoring the signs your body is giving you. Together on todays episode we aim to inspire you to debunk the myth that experiencing symptoms is "normal" or "just part of being a woman.

On today’s episode I have Montana Lower, an environmental engineer, passionate activist, model and founder of In Bluem, a natural beauty brand that she founded during her pregnancy with her daughter. 

Montana is someone I have followed for probably over a decade, she has always shared her love for the earth and she was sustainable before sustainable was cool. I love everything she stands for, so I am super excited to have her on the mic today from Byron Bay.

Today’s guest has been a big inspiration to me when it comes to becoming my most authentic self. Rochelle Fox, a meditation teacher, personal growth coach, a podcast and retreat host as well as an author is joining me on the mic today. 

Rochelle’s new book Magnetic is all about the law of attraction and creating the life that you dream of. I am so excited to learn from this powerhouse, and to share her knowledge with you all.

Today’s episode is one that I have wanted to create since January, when mum was told there was no more treatment and my family and I had to dive deep into death. I know no one likes to talk about it, but I actually want to change the narrative and become more open about this topic. Grieving is the most common human experience, everyone will have to endure it at some point so understanding end of life care a little better has empowered me and really helped with the healing journey. 

On the podcast I have Shanae O’Leary, a registered psychologist who has a strong passion in palliative care treatments. Shanae has done a lot of work on trauma and is currently working with a team of health professional and palliative care specialists to make psilocybin assisted therapy accessible to people given a terminal diagnosis who are experiencing existential distress towards the end of their life.

You girls know I am obsessed with Pilates! It is such a key part of my weekly workout routine. The way I discovered mat pilates was when I went to my first Peaches Pilates class. It was a tiny studio on Bondi Road, I think the studio only fit 9 mats but I fell in love with it. I loved the slow burn, how it made me feel long and strong and it has helped with my recovery so much as well. 

I have been going to Peaches for over 5 years now and it feels like a second home. On the mic today I have the founder of this Pilates empire, Tori Clapham. Tori was one of my first teachers, and I am forever grateful for her for opening my eyes to this incredible way to move. 

Tori is so warm and bubbly and I know that whether you’re a Pilates princess or not you will learn so much from her.

On today’s episode I have Aussie Supermodel and Icon Bree Mccann. Bree has made waves in the industry, working all over the world for brands like Calvin Klein and Seafolly. 

Bree is a pioneer in body positivity, sharing her own struggles and journey on her social platforms. I am so excited to learn more about this powerhouse and chat all things self love. 

On today’s episode I have Jasmine Chilcott, former model and the founder of supplement brand FixBIOME. Fixbiome specialises in gut health with their 3 step gut repair system. Their supplements have sold out 5 times and have helped 1000s of people improve their gut. 

Fixbiome came about from her own struggles with gut health, which played havoc on her skin, hair, energy and mood. Jasmine’s allowed her pain to become her strength, and Fiobiome is now helping women around the world deal with their gut health issues.
