On December 24, 2008, the Ortega’s were gathered for their annual christmas party in Covina, California. They ate, they drank, they played games; but most importantly, they enjoyed being in the company of those closest to them. Then, at 11:30pm, a man clad in a Santa Costume and carrying a wrapped present, knocks on the door. Once inside, all chaos breaks loose. Her relationship turned abusive in more ways than one, and Tracey removed herself and her child from the situation.
