Let me tell you something....there is nothing like being stopped in your tracks by a book you're reading and that is exactly what happened to me while reading James Clear's Atomic Habits. In this solo I'm getting into the concept of the 1 degree difference that I swear is something I'm going to try to keep in mind all year round. It's a strong reminder for us all to KEEP GOING.
