We sometimes need to step back and reassess if the sales process is still working. We sometimes lose business like telling customers NO to common questions they have. The sales landscape keeps evolving and so do buyers questions and demands from us. 

When they call your store or walk-in, they are in market buyers! If we know the asks then we can be prepared to snapback with favorable conversation that moves us forward. We also need replies ready when they ask for things we may not be able to serve up rather than saying NO and deterring any possibilities of a sale. 

Understand what buyers want from you as a rep, from the store, from the buying experience and the brand. When you factor this into your sales process equation, you can meet expectations a lot faster and easier!
