Today I will dive into how to improve and nurture the most important relationship you have in this life; the relationship you have with yourself. If you don't love, appreciate, or believe in yourself, it impacts how you show up for not only yourself, but also how you show up for others in your life. Most of us can relate to feeling unworthy, unlovable, not good enough, or simply unhappy. Most of our minds have been conditioned to think a specific way and because of this, we end up operating on auto-pilot, leaving us to feel insecure, unsatisfied, helpless, or lost in life. But the good news is, this can be changed. We don't have to operate on auto-pilot, we don't have to engage in the same thoughts, behaviors, or actions that make us feel lesser than we are. We can change how we think, feel, and act, and ultimately, change the relationship we have with ourselves to be so much healthier and empowering, and in today's episode I share the best ways to heal and nurture the relationship you have with yourself.
