For this weeks, Halloween Week episode we are talking about Expectations as the invisible ghosts that haunt us.  Heads us the audio cut out for 15 seconds and I had no idea how to fix it but we're rolling with it anyways. It's just who I am LOL. 

This episode focuses on the Misconceptions about Motherhood when it comes to losing our identity as mom's but rather the idea we slowly unknowingly hand it over in an effort to somehow earn or live up to the standards we believe makes us a good mom.
