After losing both of my parents to cancer and discovering that my father's estate was being mismanaged by a trusted family friend, I found myself on the brink of homelessness and financial ruin. Despite these overwhelming challenges, I was determined to rebuild my life.

With no safety net and fueled by a mission to honor my parents' legacies, I launched a video production company that thrived for 15 years. However, it was my passion for health and wellness that led me to start the Food Heals podcast, where I interviewed people who had healed themselves through alternative medicine and a plant-based diet. The podcast quickly gained popularity, allowing me to live a life aligned with my purpose.

Despite facing setbacks during the pandemic, including a painful divorce and the near collapse of my business, I pivoted once again. I began coaching others, writing a book, and embracing the digital nomad lifestyle. Through it all, I learned that self-belief and resilience are key to overcoming adversity and achieving success.
