How often does an appointment go exactly how you plan for it to go. Almost never!

So what do you do? You learn to pivot.

Pivoting is simply going with the flow. It's finding new opportunities and steering the conversation down a new path that presents a new idea (and potential sale) to a prospect.

Not all appointments run the same.

Pivoting is the answer.

Sales is simply bringing someone along to a new way of thinking. And we do that one step at a time. One "yes" step at a time.

You see, a good salesperson builds value and trust with lots of small yes's which makes it easy in the end when it's time for the final "yes!"

Try this approach and see if it helps you get more of your prospect to say yes to an application.
