The Washington Capitals fall to the Toronto Maple Leaf's in the shootout 3-4

Alex Ovechkin leaves tonight's game early after Toronto Maple Leafs after goalie Erik Kallgren poke his stick and tripped him. He slid into the board going approximately 18 mph. His injury is only being called an upper body injury.

Vitek Vanecek played pretty well and made 27 saves on 30 shots.
