On today’s episode we explore the concept of Human Design, with Ai McKelvie. If you haven’t heard of Human Design it is a holistic self-knowledge system based on your exact time, date, and place of birth.

Human Design shows you where and how to access your body's consciousness as a decision-making tool, and ultimately, how to live as your true self, and as we find out in this episode, can be a great tool to navigate your way through your relationships, including parenting, partnerships and even work related connections!

Ali McKelvie is a pioneer of spiritual consciousness and mind body connection.

Through her own life journey of four near death experiences, her career as a Federal Agent, and healing two of her own auto-immune conditions, Ali has found the 3 keys to unlocking the secrets to optimised living. Kinesiology, German New Medicine and NLP.

Her mission is to upgrade human consciousness and give people the tools to spark a deeper sense of purpose by recognising their own unique gifts.

During this chat she shared parts of my human design reading, which blew me away in how precise it was… (so it can get a little personal at times but that’s what I am here for).

It is such an interesting way to view and understand certain personality traits we hold, and know that they are part of what makes us who we are, and it is ok!
