How can we find freedom of expression in all our areas of our lives?
In this episode entitled The Four Freedoms, Amisha meets writer, speaker, workshop leader, and passionately curious polymath Adah Paris. Adah has diverse and numerous interests - from tech futurism to reiki, millinery to life-coaching. Much of her work centres in some way around storytelling and inspiring humans to ask themselves the questions they have been avoiding.Adah is one of those rare souls who is content to be unapologetically themselves and to share all the vulnerabilities and victories of their own path of personal growth to help others. We hear about her work with individuals, organisations, and systems to audit their internal patterns, stories, and structures and understand where transformation and growth are possible.
"It all starts from us. What is my role and responsibility in expressing who i am? Nobody else can do it for us - can do it justice in the way that we can. It requires bravery and finding your voice." ~ Adah Parris

How can we collectively act now to dramatically shift our course to a better planetary future?
"We are in this process of disintegration - an accelerated meltdown of what were stable aspects of our planetary support system- expressing something within us that has to die, change and be reborn." ~ Daniel Pinchbeck
In this episode entitled How Soon Is Now? A Call to Action, Amisha meets New York Times bestselling author and speaker Daniel Pinchbeck. His most recent book "How Soon is Now" looks at the ecological crisis as a rite of passage or initiation for humanity and proposes a "blueprint for the future". Daniel speaks about the disruptive breaks and shifts in consciousness required to address our global crises and the technological, systemic, and social solutions that will support them- including blockchain, gigantic kelp farms, and planetary terraforming. We hear why collective mass action is our best hope for change, how Facebook offers the potential for collective action but thwarts us from having the power, and why we must prepare now to act quickly when the next breaking point comes and what stands in the way of committed, collective action.

How do our stories shape us and how do we shape them?
In this episode entitled The Stories We Tell in Order to Survive, Amisha meets author and journalist Tyler Wetherall. Together she and Amisha take a deep dive into our understanding of truth, lies, secrets, and stories.
By the age of 9 Tyler had lived in 13 houses in 5 countries and she believed this to be normal. Soon after she was to receive a shock revelation that would shake the foundations of her life as she knew it and her sense of personal identity. She then carried this secret close to her chest until finally writing her memoir. Tyler shares with us the story of her childhood and the circumstances and decisions which led to her unusual upbringing. But more than anything this episode is about the power we have to reconcile our past, and change our future.
"I genuinely believe it is almost impossible to choose one version of the truth, one version of a story that stands alone... I like to think of everyone's different stories all together like threads in a plait, you chose which thread to follow when you tell a story." ~ Tyler Wetherall

What must we understand today to make good choices about the technologies of tomorrow?
In this episode entitled Sustainable Superabundance or a New Dark Age for Humanity?, Amisha sits down with futurist, technologist and author David Wood. David was among the earliest pioneers of mobile phone software in the days before the dawning of the world wide web. He has worked in mobile and emerging technologies for 25 years, and now acts as an independent futurist, consultant, and writer.
David tells why we cannot leave the setting of appropriate limits and ethical codes around technology to the corporations who produce it, how Hollywood dangerously misleads our perceptions of future technological advances and why we cannot always trust our instincts to guide us in these matters.
Together Amisha and David dive into the ethics and morality of technological development, how to live in a world with no work and what we need to learn today to be ready for tomorrow.
"We will only get to humanity 2.0 by using the very best of humanity 1.0." ~ David Wood

How can one person make a difference to overwhelming poverty and suffering?
"Life is better if you are honestly doing your best to make a difference for another being. If you know that in living your life - however you are - you are also making a significant difference for others who would otherwise have no chance… You live different, you feel different, you are different."~ Prabhavati Dwabha
In this episode entitled Breaking the Cycle of Poverty, Ignorance, and Homelessness, Amisha sits down with Prabhavati Dwabha, a prolific humanitarian who left a career in Hollywood to come to India. She has been working to provide a home, education, love and nourishment to hundreds of 'at risk' children for 25 years.
All the children in Prabhavati Dwabha's care came from very traumatic backgrounds where they were unlikely to survive without rescue. She tells of the experiences that helped her to overcome the belief that one person cannot make a difference in the face of overwhelming suffering. Together she and Amisha speak about karma yoga, the joy of giving and how to fight complacency towards poverty in the place where we live.
"The whole thing if you live in the street in the garbage is that nobody cares - otherwise why would you be there? So if someone comes to where you are and brings a giant watermelon, they care." ~ Prabhavati Dwabha
