Wendy and Andrea talk about showing up in service to others while also honoring yourself through that service. Andrea shares how the retreats she coordinates are done with the intent of providing space for women to recharge and figure out their next step.  Each woman is empowered to embrace each opportunity that arises and to have the tools to pivot when needed. Andrea Walsh is an entrepreneur, community connector, wife, mom of 3 boys, sports fanatic and people lover based in Philadelphia, PA. Starting her professional career as an 8th grade language arts teacher, basketball and lacrosse coach, she learned how to connect with humans, get over a fear of public speaking and lead a variety of teams. Andrea has spent the last 8 years coaching hundreds of women to build businesses and created a vibrant team of passionate non-toxic lifestyle entrepreneurs. Extending from her vibrant pure haven community and business, Andrea serves mompreneurs by creating adventures to learn more about themselves, gain confidence, and live their purposes. Andrea's mission is to help 1 million women to discover purpose, fun, and fulfillment in their lives to be the best mothers, friends, spouses, business leaders, and community movers & shakers.

Andrea’s business Empower One creates experiences for women to discover (or rediscover) confidence, fun, and purpose through momventure retreats. Her next weekend retreat is the weekend of April 29th, 2023 in Gatlinburg, TN.
