Cindy got injured while she was on a run and to spoil herself, she went to do her nails and get a massage, then after continued running home. her entire shoulder is blue. 

Speaking of blue, Anele had a massive bruise on her leg after being in her Oscars dress.

Instagrams favorite Etiquette coach William Hanson says that for social occasions i.e. you are going to someone’s house for a dinner etc., you should arrive 10 to 15 minutes after the stated arrival time. Anele says It’s apparently impolite to arrive on time when invited to someone’s house. I also hate it when people arrive before the time, now she is still setting up and you are getting in the way.

Frankie says the plane almost left Anele, she was looking for a magnet (she collects them from all her travels and has them on her fridge), I was calling her, and she wasn’t answering. Anele is defending herself saying Frankie told her that the door closes at 5pm! So, she thought she had time to shop for fridge magnet.
