This week on Melanin Mayhem, I'm shining a blacklight on a Navy man who was hiding straight-up diabolical tendencies behind his unform. Our mayhem maker had folks fooled—rockin’ uniforms by day and terrorizing women by night. A so-called family man, out here committing vicious rapes and murders in the streets of Oakland like it was a second job.

He caught some time in the ‘80s for a string of rapes and assaults —but it wasn’t until decades later that DNA finally brought what was done in the dark, to the light.
