Two weeks ago, the Chicago Cubs opened the Major League Baseball season by playing the Los Angeles Dodgers in Tokyo, Japan. After two games, they returned to the continental United States, finished Spring Training, and restarted the season with two series on the West Coast. Fans of the Cubs may deserve a medal after dealing with games starting between 5am and 9pm. They’ll get a chance to return to their comfort zone when the team welcomes the San Diego Padres to Wrigley Field for the home opener at 1:20pm today.
