On todays episode, I am very excited to be bringing you one of BodyMatters very own therapists Harriet Iles. Harriet has completed a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences at the University of Adelaide. She also completed her Honours year in psychology at the University of Sydney. Harriet has a background in law, psychology and fitness having worked as a trained fitness instructor for 3 years. Harriet has kindly offered to speak about the topic of eating disorders and anxiety, as Harriet has a special interest in understanding the co- morbidity of eating disorders with other mental health struggles. Including those who experience Anorexia Nervosa, Binge- Eating Disorder, Bulimia Nervosa, Major Depressive Disorder and Anxiety Disorder.
