It's ok not to feel ok. A lot of us, when struggling with anxiety, want to stop feeling this way and try to fight it. What this does is, it creates more anxiety, since you are in fight mode. As well, it doesn't give us a solid foundation to work with, since we are trying to ignore and bury our emotions. This doesn't allow us to heal and get to our goal of being anxiety free!
